Salt Fork Vacation 2008

This was our twentieth year of going to Salt Fork for our family vacation. The grandkids would be very disappointed if we didn't go. They play on air mattresses, swim at the lake, swim at the outdoor pool at the lodge, swim at the pool in the lodge, hike around the lake area, go fishing, ski, tube and wake board behind the pontoon boat we rent with a 150 horse motor so we can pull adults behind the boat also. There are also games and other activities going on around the lodge all day long. At three o'clock they always have some kind of ice cream treat around the outdoor pool at the lodge. We play tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, and basketball by the lodge. There is also a kiddie playground for the little ones. The kids play in the lodge game room every year. The adults and kids play golf on one of the most scenic golf courses in Ohio. We also enjoy the ice cream cones at the marina when we take the boat in for gas. I almost forgot our evening fires for cooking marshmallows and hobo pies plus just sitting around and talking. This was another great vacation for the entire family.
