Trip To Maine August 2008

We spent two days in Millinocket Maine with my wifes brother and his lovely friend. The two days were spent sightseeing and taking pictures of Mount Katahdin and everything beautiful around the mountain in Baxter State Park. One of our main goals was to see and photograph a MOOSE. We had a big bonus on our visit the food was tremendous everyplace we ate. From The Appalachain Trail Cafe to the fancy River Runners Restaurant in the woods the food was great. Five of us ate at the River Runners and all five loved their dinners and desserts. The Appalachain Trail Cafe had homemade bread and chocolate donuts everyday. Those were just two very fresh items along with many others that made the food great.
